Admission Time – Custom Views 

The admission time, displayed in the Edit Appointment Screen, can now be added to a Custom View, allowing it to be shown on the Appointments Screen. 

Theatre Roster Improvement 

A new pop-up has been added when saving edits to a Theatre Booking, providing users with two options: 

• Only Update Roster Info: This option prevents updates to linked bookings, meaning details from the theatre roster (e.g. anaesthetist, surgical assistant etc.) will not be modified.  

• Update All Bookings: This option updates all linked bookings, ensuring the displayed data (e.g. anaesthetist, surgical assistant etc.) is applied across all affected bookings.  

The functionality remains unchanged in that it only updates linked bookings and does not affect Admitted, Discharged or Cancelled Episodes.  

Bed Tracker Improvement 

Users can now Search for patients within the Bed Tracker. Please note that this search function only applies to patients displayed on the current screen and does not search the entire database.   

Episode Stats Report Additions 

A new filter has been added to the Episode Stats Report, allowing episodes to be filtered by their Mode of Separation (aligning with the HCP and PHDB data field in the discharge screen).  

Facilities can now use the Group By feature to group episodes by Last Bed, Last Ward and Mode of Separation.  

New Patient Flag 

The New Patient Flag will now automatically tick for a patient’s First Episode. For all subsequent episodes, the New Patient tick box will remain unticked. 

The next stage of development for this feature will introduce a token that allows this information to be printed on documents such as Theatre Lists.  

Auto SMS Improvements 

Post Discharge Auto SMSs can now be sent to patients based on their Patient Category.
